By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

SkyDreamTripPlanner provides an AI-powered travel planning platform that generates personalised itineraries, travel recommendations, budget estimates, and facilitates connections to third-party booking services. Our AI tools are provided for informational and planning purposes only.

  • AI-generated itineraries are recommendations and not guaranteed travel plans.
  • Pricing, availability, and schedules for flights, hotels, and activities are subject to change by third-party providers.
  • We act as an intermediary and are not a travel agency, airline, hotel, or tour operator.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written permission.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of our services or AI-generated content for commercial purposes without authorisation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI models generate travel content based on aggregated data and machine learning. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated itineraries may contain inaccuracies and should be verified independently.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
  • Travel conditions, visa requirements, and local regulations change frequently. Always consult official sources before travelling.
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

6. Third-Party Bookings

When you proceed with a booking through a third-party provider linked from our Platform:

  • You enter into a direct contract with that third-party provider.
  • Their terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and privacy practices apply.
  • We are not party to that transaction and accept no liability for third-party services.
  • Any disputes regarding bookings must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.

7. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the Platform are available on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing:

  • You authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — is the property of SkyDreamTripPlanner or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkyDreamTripPlanner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits, data loss, or travel-related losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyDreamTripPlanner and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
